Maid service:
Apartments - every other day;
Villas - 3 times per week including arrival day, except on sundays and public holidays;

Change of linen: To help us do our bit for the environment, bed linen will be changed once every 7 days If you are needing an extra service, please inform the reception who will be happy to arrange this for you (surcharge);

Change of towels: 2 times per week.

Long-stays: reduced cleaning service, electricity extra cost

On request: 1 extra bed per unit for children up to 12 years - €15 / day

On request: Babycot & Highchair - €10 / day

Pool heating (villas): extra cost on request;

Food parcel: on request.

25% deposit to be paid within 10 days of making the booking (non-refundable);

The remaining amount to be paid 42 days before arrival date.

Prices may change at any time due to availability and demand

Up to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount will be charged;

29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged;

14 to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged;

6 to 0 days before arrival: total amount will be charged.
