A valid credit card must be presented at check – in, if requested, as security for any extras or damages occurring during your stay. Your credit card details will be securely retained until we are satisfied that no extra charges have occurred. In the event of not having a credit card a cash security deposit must be given instead.

– Cleaning service once a week; towels changed twice a week, bed linen once a week.

– All bed linen included, pool towels provided;

– Free baby cot, subject to availability, prior booking required;

– For safety reasons, heavy equipment (such as an electric heater) is not permitted;

– Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.

- 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking;

– The remainder is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The following penalties apply to cancellations within these periods:

– Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival date – only the booking deposit will be retained;

– Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date – 50% of the total hire fee will be charged;

– Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date – 75% of the total hire fee will be charged;

– Less than 14 days prior to arrival date – 100% of the total rental fee will be charged.
