The Outside

The villa is situated in the middle of a 2700m2 plot surrounded by a nicely manicured garden and hosts a beautiful view of the golf courses with the town of Portimão in the background. Partly covered terrace with seating area and barbecue (one built-in and one with gas) which leads to the 12x6 m pool with shallow end and concrete steps. Exterior pool-side shower. The nice, well maintained garden features a variety of plants, shrubs and palmtrees. Various sitting areas one to perfectly watch the golf players or enjoying a sunset drink. First floor terrace situated in front of the master bedroom which gives great views of the surrounding country side.

The Inside

The entrance hall leads to the three ground floor bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed (1.60 m) and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The two other bedrooms with twin beds and one ensuite bathroom with shower to accommodate both bedrooms, which are connected with a door from both sides. Guest WC. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living-dining area, very comfortable with built-in fireplace. The master bedroom with double bed (1.90 m) and en- suite bathroom (with bathtub) is on the first floor and features a big terrace with lovely view of the golf course.

Special Features

Cleaning 1 x per week (wednesday). End cleaning at extra charge of EUR 100. Deposit of 25% upon reservation. Balance to be paid 45 days prior to arrival. Ask for special green fee prices.
