The Villa

Contemporary Portuguese Architecture. The two-story building with roof terrace is built on a lovely plot overlooking the ocean, the coastline and the distant lighthouse.

The Outside

The villa sits in the middle of a large plot surrounded by a well-manicured garden. The kidney-shaped swimming pool is at the back of the house and is protected from unwanted views from the street. The garden wraps itself around the house and the trees and hedgerows offer even more privacy. There is a covered terrace which overlooks the pool. On the side of the villa there is a BBQ conveniently located between the kitchen and the outside sitting area. On the first floor, there is large roof terrace which reveals an even nicer view of the surrounding properties and the ocean.

The Inside

On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, the living room, dining room and the modern kitchen. There are also two bedrooms (one with air conditioning) on the ground floor and one bathroom. There is a wood-burning stove for your convenience during the cooler times of the year. On the first floor there are a further two more air-conditioned bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. Underfloor heating is available at an extra cost.

The Resort

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a peaceful villa and apartment resort, over-looking the Atlantic Ocean. At the heart of the resort is the reception, restaurant and communal area with a pool, kid’s playground, mini-golf and tennis courts. This exclusive resort is within walking distance to the beach of Praia do Carvalho and is only a short drive from the near-by village of Carvoeiro.
