Electricity to be charged extra in Winter Season for V3,V4 and V5 Villas
NEW NEW: V3 villas classic price of EUR 112 per night for 1-4 people valid in Winter Season.
Cleaning of classic units 3 times per week. Extra cleaning available on request.
Cleaning of classic plus units 6 times per week (except sundays and public holidays).
Change of linen once per week, change of towels twice per week for all villa types.
Extrabeds for adults or children up to 12 years, babycots or highchair: € 30 per week each
Babycot and highchair: € 45 per week
No animals allowed
Checkin time: after 16h Checkout time: until 12h
Payment Conditions: Deposit of 25% of the total amount within 10 days from receipt of booking confirmation. The remaining 75% should be paid 42 days before arrival date.
Cancelation Terms: until 60 days before arrival full refund of deposit payment, 59- 30 days before arrival 25% of the total amount of the booking,(deposit payment), 29 to 08 days before arrival 50% of the total amount of the booking, 07 to 0 days before arrival 80% of the total amount of the booking.
