The villa.
Luxurious villa (built in1998) on an elevated plot.
Contains lots of character and privacy. Tasteful pictures and decorations which
gives the house a personal homely touch. Surrounded by a beautifully manicured
garden.
The outside.
Elegant Portuguese architecture. Two storeys. Big gate
entrance with a long driveway and large parking space outside the front door.
The first floor terrace with barbecue hosts a beautiful view of the surroundings,
sea and overlooks the superb garden and pool area. Steps from this terrace lead
down to the pool which is kidney-shaped ( approx 3 x 8 m ) with concrete and
metal steps and has a shallow end. Spacious pool area. Special feature being
the large garden with many flowers,trees and rockery.
The inside.
Small hall leads down to a wicker seating area with direct access to the garden and pool. Two individually appointed bedrooms (with twin beds) on the ground floor, tastefully decorated with rattan furniture. Two luxurious ensuite bathrooms one with bathtub and the other with step-in shower. Separate guest toilet. Utility room with washing machine. Classic,smart living-dining area on first floor with built-in fireplace, Sat.TV, HiFi and telephone. Wooden doors lead into the beautiful country-style kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven, gas/electric hob, microwave and dishwasher.
