The villa.
Quiet two storey townhouse with private pool, surrounded by a private garden with sea view, and within walking distance (10 mins.) from the resort Monte Carvoeiro with its shops, restaurants and bars. Typical Portuguese style with traditional tiles.
The outside.
Nice, large garden with lawn area, palm trees, bougainvillea, oleander and near sea view. Covered terraces and sundeck at rectangular pool (8x4m). Pool has a diving board, metal steps. No shallow end. Barbeque corner (BBQ).
The inside.
Tastefully decorated living- dining room on the ground level with antique furniture, open fireplace and nice pictures combined with modern accessories and traditional wall plates. Kitchen in Portuguese style and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and micro-wave. Two bedrooms on the second floor with access to one covered terrace with sea view and large bathroom with bathtub. One bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

Living room and bedrooms with marble floor. Location very quiet in a valley near the sea with access to a small beach nearby. Safe. Underfloor heating.
